We are trained in therapeutic massage, somatic healing practices and mindfulness to help bring you out of fight-flight or freeze back into a state of calm.

With over 14 years of experience, our licensed massage therapist offers personalized, compassionate care for those dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, and stress. Each of our massage sessions is tailored to meet your healing needs and is a blend of CST, Thai massage, and physical therapy techniques. Whether you're healing from an injury or seeking stress relief and guidance, our approach targets deep layers of tension with a focus on unwinding fascial restrictions and creating space in the mind and body.

Our holistic therapies support clients through chronic fatigue, injuries, overwhelm, and emotional strain, helping you move out of your head into your body with compassionate loving awareness and presence.

If you feel like you need spaciousness and want to feel uplifted and lighter in your body, this is for you. Each massage at Bloom integrates Thai folk healing, CST, fascial unwinding and physical therapy techniques to alleviate deep-rooted tension and holding patterns. This session may include hot towels, cupping, gua sha, hot stones, and gentle guided meditation for a comprehensive, restorative experience.

  • This session is a focused therapeutic massage session for clients who are recovering from a motor vehicle accident. Before booking a series of sessions with us please verify with your insurance provider that massage therapy is covered and get a prescription from your health care provider. Attach a photo of your insurance card either on your Vagaro account or email at truebleuhealing@gmail.com. Your card on file will be charged in full if for any reason your insurance denies a claim submitted.

  • Connect with Sophie one-on-one to support your mind-body system. In these sessions we use somatic practices like guided imagery, self massage and mindfulness to help you unravel pent up tension and stored emotions. We offer a pain/tension assessment and guide you to care for yourself with personalized self care tips to soothe your nervous system and unwind pain.

    These support sessions are to help move you out of chronic holding patterns and back into rest and digest mode. If you want to feel supported, balanced, relaxed, and resourced this is for you. In our virtual sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Soften and release the deep muscle tension and patterns of holding that keep you in discomfort.

    • Gently guide your body out of survival mode and back into a state of balance - rest, and digest mode. 

    • Rebuild the connection with your body’s sensations and emotions, allowing you to feel more grounded and present.

    • Transition from the high-alert state of fight/flight/freeze into a relaxed state where your nervous system can reset and heal. 

    • Work through the layers of trauma your body has stored, releasing its impact on your daily life.

    • Feel more resourced and connected to yourself and others and have an overall sense of how to love yourself more.
